These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “CGU”) govern the use of the website www.viceversatravel.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), published by the company Vice Versa Travel Group, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 7,500 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 935 138 073, whose head office is located at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”).
The Agency holds a travel agent license No. IM075250007 issued by Atout France and benefits from a financial guarantee taken out by Accelerant Insurance Europe SA represented by Arcus Solutions as well as professional liability insurance from Marsh.
By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge having read these Terms and Conditions and you undertake to respect them unreservedly.
The Agency strives to allow access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of the Agency, and subject to maintenance periods and possible breakdowns.
The User must ensure that he has the technical skills and appropriate hardware resources to access and use the Site, in particular appropriate computer equipment and navigation software.
Some services offered on the Site require the prior creation of a personal account. When creating this account, the User undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The Services offered on the Site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the Agency cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, due to third parties or due to the Customer.
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The Agency reserves the right to change its rates at any time, provided that the applicable price will be that in force at the time of reservation by the Customer.
Customized luxury services will be the subject of a personalized quote sent to the Customer for prior acceptance.
The reservation of the Services offered on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by the Agency and to prior acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
For tailor-made services, after submitting a request for a quote, the Customer will receive a personalized proposal. No reservation will be final before payment of the required deposit and written confirmation from the Agency.
For security and verification reasons, the Agency reserves the right to request proof of identity for any payment.
All Content on the Site, including without limitation texts, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, constitutes the exclusive property of the Agency or its partners and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the Content, on any medium whatsoever and by any process whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Agency.
